1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 79ling. By accessing, registering or using any part of the 79ling platform — whether through the website, mobile app or any other provided interface — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Member") and 79ling (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 79ling services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual registering in your own name — registration on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is permitted to own one (1) account only. Having more than one account may result in the termination of all related accounts.
• You are not currently banned by any relevant regulatory body from using online betting services.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate and up to date.

During registration and before the first withdrawal, 79ling reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) including a copy of identification card (MyKad), proof of address and selfie. This process is to protect your account security and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 79ling will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access arising from your negligence in maintaining account security.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

79ling supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT). All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are usually credited to your account within minutes.
• 79ling does not charge fees for deposits, however some payment providers may charge their own network fees.
• All deposits must come from legitimate sources and in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is MYR 20 for e-wallet methods and MYR 50 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered under the same name as your 79ling account.
• 79ling does not charge any fees for withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing time is 1–5 minutes (DuitNow/TNG) and 15–60 minutes (bank transfer).
• Withdrawals for winnings exceeding MYR 50,000 may require additional verification up to 24 hours.

4Bonuses & Promotions

79ling offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover (turnover) requirements. These conditions must be fully met before any funds associated with that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• 79ling reserves the right to withdraw bonuses granted if abuse, fraud or violation of promotional terms is found.
• Minimum odds for bets calculated as meeting rollover requirements are 1.50 (1/2) unless otherwise stated.
• Cancelled bets, void bets or two-way betting (arbing) will not count as meeting rollover requirements.

79ling reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already active and in the process of fulfilling rollover requirements.

5Game Rules

All games on the 79ling platform are conducted according to rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of the games they participate in before placing bets.

• Results of all games are final unless a provable technical error occurs.
• In the event of technical failure or connection interruption during a game in progress, 79ling will resolve the situation based on available system records.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player unless the Cash Out function is used (if available for that bet).
• 79ling reserves the right to void any bet involving incorrectly set odds due to technical or human error.
• In case of disputes regarding game results, 79ling's decision is final and binding.

6Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 79ling platform and may result in immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting) or using false identity during registration.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities (collusion).
• Using automated software, bots or any technological tools to gain unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or loopholes in the platform system.
• Conducting money laundering or using this platform for illegal financial activities.
• Providing false information to customer support or during the KYC process.
• Threatening, harassing or being abusive toward any 79ling staff.

7Account Closure & Restrictions

79ling reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe a violation of these terms, fraud or suspicious activity has occurred.

• During investigation, accounts may be temporarily frozen. Funds in the account will be kept secure during the investigation period.
• If investigation proves no violation occurred, the account will be restored and funds returned in full.
• If fraud or serious violation is proven, 79ling reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account.
• Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so through customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 3 working days.

Players who have opted for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming program may not open a new account while the exclusion period is still active.

8Personal Data Protection

• Damage caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Losses due to processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

79ling strives to ensure the platform operates 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

11Amendment of Terms

79ling reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:

• Notifications in your account when logged in.
• Email to the address registered with your account.
• Updates on this page with the most recent update date.

Continued use of the platform after notification is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
